General Announcements

- You may have heard news stories regarding Georgia Milestones test results "not counting" this year. The State Board of Education's decision regarding Milestones test results only pertains to the test not being used this year to make retention decisions for third, fifth, and eighth grade students. High school students' Milestones scores will still count as 20% of their final course grades in tested classes. Some media outlets have not made this clarification. Parents and students, please don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions regarding testing.
